Protect Free Meals for All Arkport Students – Take Action Now! Arkport CSD is able to provide free meals to all students because the Community Eligibility Provision (CEEP) eligibility is set at 25 percent. This program ensures that every child has access to nutritious meals, helping them stay focused, healthy, and ready to learn. A proposed change would raise the eligibility threshold to 60 percent, which could mean Arkport would no longer qualify. This would put many students at risk of losing access to free meals, creating financial strain for families and impacting student success. We need your help to keep this vital program in place! Please contact U.S. Representatives Nicholas Langworthy and Claudia Tenney and let them know why free meals for all students matter. Share how this program benefits our children and our community. Your voice can make a difference in ensuring every student continues to receive the meals they need to thrive. Together, we can protect this important support for Arkport students!

On Tuesday evening, ACS held an exciting spelling bee with 20 talented participants. After several intense rounds, Alli McKay emerged as our champion, showcasing her impressive spelling skills. Jamison Shelley secured the runner-up position with a commendable performance. Unfortunately, Alli cannot attend the Regional Spelling Bee in March, so our third-place finisher, Lincoln Lapham, will proudly represent our school with Jamison.
