Twenty-six students in the Yorkers History Club recently visited Lake George. Students in grades 5-7 explored and learned firsthand about our nation's past.
Thanks to grants from the NYS Connect-Kids-to-Parks field trip grant program and the American Battlefield Trust, a generous donation for food from our local Wegman's, along with funds raised by our community at this year's Colonial Fair, the trip was free for students!
